This painting was done freehand by computer mouse in a ClarisWorks program.

It was done in 1996 on my first computer, a Macintosh Performa 400.

I didn't have the luxury of a scanner at the time so I couln't enlarge to get more detail; I had to use a jeweller's eye glass.

This is the actual old 1918 snapshot it was painted from.
